Job Responsibilities:
The Account Manager is an integral part of the team and oversees all day-to-day account service operations. This person should have strong project management skills, but also be able to flex their creativity with writing, problem solving and strategic direction. Main responsibilities include: 

  • Client Facing Operations: The Account Manager is the main point of contact for clients. This person should be engaging, friendly, and persuasive to gain client loyalty and trust. In addition to these essential traits, the Account Manager will be responsible for all client communication including email updates, status meetings, client briefings and recaps, reporting and client approvals. 
  • Internal Process Operations: The Account Manager is the quarterback for all projects and jobs that are funneled through Collina Digital, attention to detail and the ability to juggle projects and clients is key in this role. This person is responsible for project planning and briefing all internal partners, opening and closing jobs in our project management software, proofing and keeping projects moving on time and on budget. 
  • Content Creation and Content Planning: This is where the Account Manager can flex their creative side, with some responsibility for content creation via copywriting and content planning for projects such as social media calendars, catalog planning ,email marketing and website development. Additionally, this person will assist with brand strategy for clients to ensure long-term client goals and consumer loyalty are achieved. 
  • Requirements: 
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or related role
  • Must be a great communicator, have strong project management skills, highly organized and must possess a great attention to detail.
