Collina Digital is looking for a Paid Media Manager with strong, hands-on experience building, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns. This is an execution-forward role for someone who enjoys working directly inside ad platforms while also providing guidance and quality control for a junior team member.

What You’ll Do

• Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok
• Own full campaign setup including structure, targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking
• Monitor pacing, budgets, and performance daily
• Optimize campaigns to improve efficiency and hit KPIs
• Partner with creative teams on messaging, testing, and ad concepts
• Maintain UTMs, pixels, GA4, GTM, and accurate conversion tracking
• Ensure consistent QA and naming conventions across accounts
• Lead and support an associate or junior paid media specialist
• Present strategies and performance updates to clients
• Keep projects organized, documented, and moving on schedule

What We’re Looking For

• 3 to 5 years of paid media experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience building and optimizing campaigns, not just overseeing them
• Comfortable working directly inside ad platforms every day
• Experience with GA4, UTMs, GTM, and conversion tracking
• Strong project management and communication skills
• High attention to detail and process consistency
• Experience with StackAdapt or OOH placements is a plus
• Agency experience preferred

Work Environment & Benefits

This role is primarily in-office. Team members typically work in-office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays when workload and meetings allow.
